ULLIS

ULLIS is a pan-European urban logistics and light industrial platform. 

With €475 million of start-up equity brought by long-term institutional investors in February 2021, the platform is structured as a scalable partnership, targeting the development of an initial portfolio of circa €800 million. 

ULLIS aims at building a core portfolio of assets located across major and dense metropolitan areas in France, Germany and the Netherlands, where there is a chronic supply shortage while demand is robust and increasing. 

The capital is expected to be deployed through mostly brownfield development projects and acquisition of some income producing assets.

In the coming years, ULLIS’ platform is set to grow further to cover the strongest urban locations of France, Germany and the Netherlands.
